“Signatures Restaurant” – following
the lead of the iconic Yalumba wine – was created
for fine dining. Stylish and intimate (it only seats 45
guests), Signatures has readily been embraced by business
people for lunch and the more discerning patron for dinner.
Head Chef Christian Kohen has adopted “modern Australian
cuisine with a French influence” to complement a
wine list featuring more than 300 labels. Tom, who already
boasts an impressive palate, has carefully selected the
wines as representative of Australia’s classic wine
regions and grape varieties, while also offering imported
selections.
Service hours are from 12 – 3 p.m. and 6. – 9p.m
Monday through to Saturday, excluding Saturday lunch. Signatures
can be booked for private use on Saturdays or Sunday's
for bookings of 20 or more.
